Paint EZ1 – Sound Insulation Material

Acourete Paint EZ1 series is water-soluble damping paint with vibration damping and soundproof properties, manufactured from liquid polymers mixed with functional fillers, binders, and special additives excellent in heat resistant, weather-proof, cold resistant, water resistand, shock proof, etc.

Usable in a wide range of temperature and excellent vibration absorption efficiency in broad range of frequency.Excellent in vibration and shock absorption, isolating solid-borne sound efficiently from source.Excellent adhesiveness and easy to paint either flat or uneven irregular surface, and also easy to spray.As any organic solvent is not used for painting, pleasant and safe working environment is provided. Good weather-proof property.
Hardness of painted surface is adjustable, and painted surface is neither damaged nor peeled easily by exterior impact. Easy to use in combination with various foams, damping sheet, and other materials.

Finger touch drying time (for 1mm completely dried thickness): Over 3 hrs.
Complete drying time (for 1mm thickness): Over 24 hrs.

ACOUSTIC PROPERTY:
Vibration Damping factor: 0.15 – 0.23  (depend on the thickness)
